Creek Technologies Company is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government solicitations. This role supports proposal managers, writers, and business development teams by coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance, and ensuring proposal materials are organized, accurate, and submission-ready.
The Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping proposal efforts on track, supporting collaboration, and maintaining proposal quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creek Technologies Company is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government solicitations. This role supports proposal managers, writers, and business development teams by coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance, and ensuring proposal materials are organized, accurate, and submission-ready.
The Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping proposal efforts on track, supporting collaboration, and maintaining proposal quality in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support proposal planning, coordination, and submission activities for Federal Government opportunities.
- Assist with analyzing RFPs, RFIs, Sources Sought notices, SOWs, and PWSs to track requirements, compliance items, and deadlines.
- Maintain proposal schedules, action items, and compliance matrices.
- Coordinate inputs from proposal managers, writers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other contributors.
- Format proposal documents to ensure consistency with templates, branding, and solicitation requirements.
- Manage proposal files and version control using SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
- Support proposal reviews by compiling materials, tracking comments, and incorporating updates as directed.
- Assist with proposal production and final submission activities, including electronic uploads.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Education, Certifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's Degree is preferred).
- APMP or Shipley certification.
Experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience supporting proposals or similar document-driven efforts.
