Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager or Engineer to support U.S. Navy ship programs as an HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) platform. This role works directly with Navy stakeholders on ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
10–15 years supporting DoD programs/projects
Experience in program management, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, risk, or performance reporting
10+ years in engineering or technical roles
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support to PMS 321 as an HM&E Hull Manager
Support ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning
Coordinate with fleet, engineering, and maintenance organizations
Assist with engineering reviews, ship checks, and investigations
Track ship issues and support technical resolutions
Prepare briefings, reports, and executive summaries
Support work-package closeout and end-of-availability activities
