Fusion Enterprise Solutions is searching for an experienced Cable Technician for overseas travel.
Location: Multiple locations overseas (ex. Kuwait, Jordan, etc.)
Pay: $45+ per hour (1099)
Hours/Days: Monday-Saturday 10 hour days (Contracted Work)
Incentives: We pay lodging and travel, per diem included
Requirements: valid passport, minimum Secret government clearance
Preferred: BICSI certification, Fluke certification, other certifications as well

Duties
Install, configure, and troubleshoot comprehensive security systems including CCTV, intrusion detection systems (IDS), sensors, fire alarms, and access control hardware across multiple overseas sites.
Conduct detailed system design and schematic analysis to ensure optimal security coverage tailored to each facility’s needs.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on low voltage electrical systems, cabling infrastructure, and security hardware using hand tools and power tools.
Provide on-site field service support by diagnosing issues with computer networking, telecommunication lines, and remote access software to maintain system integrity.
Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to integrate security systems
seamlessly into building infrastructure.
Train local staff on system operation, remote access management, and basic troubleshooting procedures to promote ongoing security effectiveness.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, schematics, service reports, and incident logs for compliance and future reference.
Experience
Proven experience as a service technician in security system installation or maintenance within a construction or facilities environment.
Strong knowledge of computer networking protocols, telecommunication systems, and remote access software used in modern security solutions.
Hands-on experience working with CCTV surveillance equipment, sensors (motion detectors, glass break sensors), fire alarm systems, and alarm system sales processes.
Mechanical knowledge related to lock smithing, power tools operation, low voltage wiring, cabling techniques
Familiarity with system design schematics, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical or telecommunication issues in complex environments.
Ability to adapt quickly to diverse international settings while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
