Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

About The Role
Peraton is seeking a Senior Law Enforcement Advisor to support our customer onsite in McLean, Va.
- The Senior Law Enforcement Advisor serve as law enforcement advisors to advance information sharing by supporting intelligence and information sharing and safeguarding integration and coordination.
- Provides extensive knowledge on state and local (S&L) law enforcement issues to advance the national security mission among federal, state, local, and tribal (FSLT) governments through interaction and collaboration with appropriate mission partners.
- Plans, develops, and implements information sharing strategies with S&L partners consistent with the intelligence mission and vision and appropriate national strategies, plans, and orders.
- Advises the Government and support the advancement of key information sharing projects to ensure interagency coordination and compliance with policy, legislation, and appropriate authorities.
- Provides subject matter expertise regarding fusion center activities with extensive knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinates and liaises, as appropriate, with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS}, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other partner agencies and associated professional organizations on issues impacting the National Strategy for Information Sharing and Safeguarding Priority Objectives.
- Coordinates development, implementation, and evaluation of relationships with FSLT and private sector partners, as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Requires BS +18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or no degree and 24+ years of experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Requires previous experience in domestic engagement and information sharing with private sector and NT-50 partners.
- Requires previous experience using NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests
- Requires previous experience in executive level protocols, travel, engagement, event support and planning
