SciTec is seeking an Integration, Verification, and Test (IV&T) Lead for a Ground System Software program in our Boulder, CO office. The successful candidate will lead a large team in testing and delivery of mission-critical software capabilities into operations for a large program.

The pay range for this position is $152,000- $190,000 / year. SciTec is seeking an Integration, Verification, and Test (IV&T) Lead for a Ground System Software program in our Boulder, CO office. The successful candidate will lead a large team in testing and delivery of mission-critical software capabilities into operations for a large program.
Integration, Verification, and Test Lead responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility to provide test architecture across the Program
- Develop and maintain system-level integration and verification plan, test procedures and execution of procedures
- Integrate and test the products delivered from the Product Teams, including from industry partners
- Identify, collect, and analyze metrics to drive continuous process improvement
- Monitor Program technical performance to ensure work products are generated and delivered
- Lead a ~15 FTE team managing multiple configurations in test campaigns
- Work closely with the team to coordinate cross-program impacts, minimize duplication of problems and maximize the re-use of artifacts, best practices, processes and tools
- Participate in risk management process by identifying risk and opportunities, developing mitigation/capture plans and actively managing risks and opportunities
- Operate in challenging environment to develop and implement the most effective IV&T solutions while meeting programmatic timelines, budgets and expectations
- Support major program reviews and present plans to customer for approval
- Provide Product Team status to the Program Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering (including systems engineering), or computer science
- At least ten years of experience of systems integration and verification experience
- Prior leadership experience with delivering tested software products into operations
- Test planning and test execution experience.
- Knowledgeable in systems engineering and IV&T engineering principles and work products for software programs
- Experience collaborating effectively in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Agile environments (or any iterative development environment).
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills to assist in preparation of technical presentation materials
- Self-starter, working with minimal direction
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Candidates who have any of the following will be preferred:
- An advanced degree in the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Professional experience with MBSE tools (e.g. CAMEO)
- Familiarity with Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with containerization and testing frameworks for containerized applications
- An active DoD Secret level or higher security clearance
