Description:You will be the F-22 Aircraft Electrical/Avionics Technician for the Aircraft Maintenance Team which is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and airworthiness of F-22 electrical and avionics systems. This position is located out of Langley Air Force Base, VA.

What You Will Be Doing
As the F-22 Aircraft Electrical/Avionics Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the aircraft's electrical and avionics subsystems while collaborating closely with engineers and peers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Service, repair, and overhaul of F-22 electrical systems and replace damaged components.

- Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to execute precise modifications.

- Conduct circuit analysis, signal tracing, and use advanced test equipment such as pulse generators and spectrum analyzers.

- Incorporate engineering change orders and apply Low Observable material or TCTO directives as required.

- Maintain a clean, FOD-free work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Physical Requirements:
This position may include certain required health screenings and immunizations. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
Basic Qualifications:
Fighter Aircraft/Attack/Cargo/Utility Helicopters or similar aircraft Avionics/Electrical experience required

Previously awarded a 5 or 7 Skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS discipline rating or an equivalent Airframe and Power Plant, FAA certificate

Experience with Maintenance Information Systems such as Electronic Maintenance Instructions, Aircraft Forms

Documentation, and Supply Chain Management
Desired Skills:
F-22, F-35, F-16, F-15, F-18,AH-64, AH-1, CH-47,46,60,53 or similar aircraft avionics/electrical experience to include troubleshooting, assembling, routing, clamping, and termination of wiring.

Experienced in Tool Control, FOD, Supply, HAZMAT, Training, Quality, and Security programs

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
