You will be the Security Rep Staff for the Security Operations Team. Our team is responsible for safeguarding the Missiles and Fire Control facility in Littleton, Colorado, ensuring compliance with all government and company security mandates.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and/or ICD 705 regulations.
• Previous Security, Intelligence, FSO, or CSSO experience.
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to multi-task. Great interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communications skills.
• Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years
Desired Skills:
• A collaborative, innovative, and customer focused leadership style is desired.
• Experience with SIMS, DISS, and NISS.
• Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO, intelligence analyst or physical security specialist.
• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in/with the following: Investigations, Guard Force Management, Crisis Management, Case Management, CCTV and access control systems.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Partnering with site leadership to integrate security considerations into business decisions.
- Overseeing the contract guard force and managing day-to-day physical security operations.
- Administering special access programs, visitor control, and classified material handling in accordance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117).
- Developing and enforcing security policies, conducting investigations, and leading the Crisis Management Team.
- Driving compliance through audits, peer reviews, and coordination with DCIS, BSI, and internal inspection teams.
