Location: Columbia, Annapolis Junction, and Fort Meade areas
Telework: Potentially available based on assignment and customer requirements

We are building a pipeline of Intelligence Analysts to support critical missions across the IC. Roles may focus on research and reporting, target development, operational support, cyber threat analysis, or production that informs real decisions. Some assignments may include travel based on mission needs.

What You'll Do

• Collect, evaluate, and synthesize information into clear, actionable assessments

• Map entities, relationships, and patterns across structured and unstructured data

• Produce concise products that inform operations, policy, or strategic decisions

• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and mission partners to align insight with need

• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences with accuracy and context

Helpful Experience Areas

• Intelligence production or targeting in IC or DoD environments

• Open-source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, or cyber threat analysis

• Briefing senior stakeholders and tailoring message to audience

• Familiarity with data tools or scripting is helpful but not required

Years of Experience and Degree Requirements

We are considering multiple experience levels. Typical backgrounds include a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of professional experience without a degree.

• Primary work in the Columbia, Annapolis Junction, and Fort Meade areas
