Director of Public Works

Public Works (PW) Director who shall be responsible for the full scope of Contractor's responsibility regarding engineering, maintenance, operations and quality management programs supporting the Navy on Diego Garcia. The PW Director shall ensure both prime and subcontractors abide by program, contractual and industrial standards/best practices, where required, which meet the requirements of this contract. This individual shall be sole administrator of the Contractor's/subcontractor's Public Works program(s) (Annexes 15 through 18), having full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards are met.

This position is pre-award and the location is at the US Military Installation would on Diego Garcia

QUALIFICATIONS

The Public Works Director shall be a registered professional engineer licensed by a U.S. state or territory in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Structural Engineering.

The Public Works Director shall be a U.S. citizen and must have a Secret Clearance at the start of the full performance period. An interim clearance is acceptable during the Mobilization/Phase-in period.
