Must Haves:

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of experience
• Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products
• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required)
• Close attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly

Nice to Haves:

• Microscope experience
• Soldering experience
• Experience handing small products/microchips
• Working knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology (preferred)
• Related manufacturing work experience (including soldering and high-volume production) Soldering certification preferred

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Associate's degree with 0-2 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, HS Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience
