This role is part of work under bid. The Manager will focus on facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth project delivery by leading ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and fostering communication between developers, product owners, and stakeholders to maximize team productivity and quality. Candidates should be capable of leading teams and performing effective follow-up to meet deadlines and complete deliverables accurately.
