Core4ce is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support development and execution of data governance frameworks for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Data Governance program. The ideal candidate will define stewardship models, data quality rules, and governance processes, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure governance practices are effectively implemented and sustained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and refinement of the data governance framework , including policies, standards, and operating procedures
- Define and document data stewardship roles , responsibilities, and workflows
- Establish and maintain data quality rules, metrics, and validation criteria
- Analyze and manage data exceptions, gaps, and conflicts identified during inventory and automation activities
- Support governance-related decision logs, evidence, and provenance documentation
- Collaborate with: Chief Architect on standards, canonical models, and governance alignment, Data Engineer on data quality validation and remediation workflows, and Integration / Software Engineer on governance enablement within tools and workflows
- Support governance reporting and milestone deliverables
- Participate in stakeholder working sessions, reviews, and milestone readiness activities

Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or metadata programs supporting Federal IT environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or DoD Secret clearance
- Demonstrated experience defining and implementing data stewardship, ownership, and accountability models
- Strong understanding of data quality concepts , including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Experience working with enterprise data inventories, catalogs, or metadata repositories
- Ability to operate in secure, RMF-governed environments
- Experience supporting Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- Defense Health Agency (DHA) or health IT experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise data governance frameworks or operating models
- Familiarity with fixed-price, milestone-based Federal contracts
- Experience operating within ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 process environments
