Description of Duties:
The Proposal Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This position is detail-oriented, highly organized, and part of a fast-paced, high-performing team supporting the development, coordination, and submission of compliant and compelling proposals for Amentum's Missile Defense Division.

Description of Duties:
The Proposal Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This position is detail-oriented, highly organized, and part of a fast-paced, high-performing team supporting the development, coordination, and submission of compliant and compelling proposals for Amentum's Missile Defense Division.
The candidate will:
- Develop, edit, and audit proposal documents including Basis of Estimate (BOE), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Proposal, and other Government-required documents
- Respond to Task Order proposal requests from the Government
- Track proposal due dates and develop/maintain schedules with Task Order teams
- Analyze proposed costs and review for accuracy
- Lead proposal kick-off and development meetings
- Administer multiple proposal efforts concurrently
- Coordinate with technical and program management teams on proposal documents
- Conduct other proposal development duties as assigned
- Maintain proposal files in SharePoint and internal shared drives
- Effectively communicate proposal status summaries to management
The successful candidate will:

- Demonstrate responsiveness, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Manage shifting work priorities and multiple proposal deadlines
- Possess a collaborative mindset with the motivation to be a self-starter
- Be proficient in verbal and written communications with strong interpersonal skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Must have 4 or more years of general, full-time work experience
- Must have 2 or more years of directly related experience in Proposal Development, Cost/Price Analysis, or Business Administration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
