Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to support a company focused on various projects in the DC Metro region. This position will be supporting a long-term initiative on-site in Elkridge, Maryland. This is a direct-hire opportunity supporting a national leader in secure, resilient power and technology systems. The Electrical Superintendent will provide strong leaderships and project management skills, working alongside modular construction methods and coordination and scheduling the installation of fabricated assemblies on complex multimillion dollar projects.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Superintendent include:
- Estimate, develop, and execute project plans including directing, scheduling, and coordinating the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Manage and lead teams up to 150 individuals - act as overarching on-site manager while also offering hands-on support at times.
- Utilize proprietary tools, work with MS Project, Primavera6, modeling and estimation software, and production tracking.
Required Qualifications for the Electrical Superintendent include:
- 10 years of experience working in the Electrical Industry
- 2 years of experience working as a foreman
- Excellent communication and project management skills with experience overseeing teams of 100+
- Experience with scheduling, estimation, modeling, and production tracking tools (Accubid, Bluebeam, Revit, Infralink, PrimaveraP6, MS Project, etc.)
Required Qualifications for the Electrical Superintendent include:
- Salary Range: $120,000-$145,000 depending on experience
- Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick leave as required by law
