We are looking for a Mission Success Manager for the LMMFC RF Sensor Product Center. This senior engineering leader will work with the chief engineers and adopting programs to assure the on-time delivery of compliant technical solutions and services that are ready to integrate into weapon systems.
What You Will Be Doing
Key duties will include:
- identification of obstacles to cost, schedule, and technical performance of the RFSPC activities
- providing mission success discipline to the achievement of key milestones
- coordinating all aspects of mission success reviews and driving actions to closure
- review of the technical maturation plans of RFSPC products and tracking progress
- participating in failure review boards and tracking the effectiveness of corrective actions
- preparing and presenting an independent view of RFSPC performance and risk to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in the development, production, and testing of defense systems with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity (chief engineer, SEIT, or similar).
Understanding of missile seekers and seeker technologies.
Ability to identify obstacles to cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs and to assist programs in adapting approaches to mitigate these issues.
Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leadership.
Desired Skills:
Engineering and management experience at Lockheed Martin MFC Orlando or Dallas site.
RF seeker background preferred.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
