Lockheed Martin seeks a highly motivated Systems Test Lead Engineer to join the Global Security team in Denver, Colorado.

As the Systems Test Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support the program as the Systems Test Lead for major milestone reviews (SRR/SDR, PDR, CDR), and the transition to production, testing, and verification post-CDR
• Collaborate with Production Ops and Integration and Test teams, and support customer meetings and working groups during all phases of the product lifecycle, providing Systems Test expertise in the development and execution of test plans and procedures
• Collaborate with the customer, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to define a comprehensive test approach for Space and Ground interfaces, focusing on End-to-End testing within a System of Systems context
• Identify tests that validate mission goals and requirements early in the lifecycle
• Develop, deliver, and manage the Integration and Test Execution Management Plan (ITEMP)
• Develop, deliver, and manage the Test Like You Fly (TLYF) plan
• Develop, deliver, and manage Test Requirements within the Cameo model, coordinating flowdown to Production Operations and the Integration and Test Team to inform the development of test procedures and test products
• Collaborate with Production Operations and the Integration and Test Team as they develop the test procedures and test products, and review these products from a Systems Test perspective to ensure successful testing and the transition to operations
• Facilitate Qualification Review Board (QRB) and Failure Review Board (FRB)

To maintain the program's "go-fast" culture, AI&T Engineers will work in a digital environment, utilizing tools such as:

• Cameo for model-based systems engineering
• DOORS (Classic) for requirements management
By working collaboratively with the customer and leveraging digital tools, the Systems Test Lead will establish a robust test approach that ensures the successful integration of new systems.

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior Systems Engineering or Systems Test experience and demonstrated understanding of the Product Lifecycle
• Prior experience in the design, development, and production phases of a contract
• Bachelors Degree (BS) in Engineering or other technical discipline, or comparable experience
• Active TS with the ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance (DoD or DoE equivalent)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with systems architecture design of spacecraft, payload, and ground systems
• Experience with spacecraft and/or ground systems development, integration, test
• Prior CPE/RSE experience
• Prior experience with major milestone reviews (SRR/SDR, PDR, CDR)
• Experience planning and working in an Agile environment
• Prior Hardware (HWIL) and/or Software Qualification testing (SIQT) experience
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of AI&T engineering processes
• Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Prior experience with Class C programs
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience with MBSE in DOORS (Classic) and Cameo
• Ability to support up to 20% travel

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
