Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Description

• Providing technical expertise, guidance, direction, and advice to software development teams
• Resolving complex problems arising in support of software development for DoD computing and network devices
• Providing technical expertise in multiple languages including, but not limited to C++, C#, Python, SQL, and Java

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Requirements

• Minimum Top Secret security clearance (active)
• Minimum education and years of experience:
  • Master of science degree in information technology, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science and 10 years of experience, of those 10 years, at least seven years must be specific to DoD computing systems

OR

• • Bachelor of science degree in information technology, cybersecurity, data science, information systems, or computer science and 14 years of experience, of those 14 years, at least seven years must be specific to DoD computing systems
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
  • Research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs
  • Analyzing user needs and developing software solutions by applying principals and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
  • Updating software and/or development of new features and enhancements for existing software
  • Collaboration with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems
  • Collaboration with computer hardware engineers to develop specifications and performance requirements
  • Maintaining databases individually or as part of a team

Desired Skills

• Software development experience working within the oLSI model of NAWCAD WOLF
• Once or more of the following industry certifications:
  • Certified Ethical hacker
  • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst+
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Agile Developer
  • Certified Scrum Developer

Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL
