Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position to be filled.
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

Help
- You will perform technical work for the command's legacy desktop and laptop computer suites, associated peripherals, and for performing prescribed basic software loads in accordance with the command's approved software configuration plan.
- You will provide maintenance of commercial trunked/ repeated radio network systems and the related commercial microwave transmission circuits and solar power systems located at multiple relay sites aboard the installation.
- You will provide maintenance and repair for a variety of electronic equipment; i.e., public address systems, intercom systems, solar power systems, and operator alignment of electronic support equipment.
- You will assist project managers and subject-matter experts during evaluation of alternate approaches for satisfying the requirements of the Command's commercial trunked voice radio system, and conventional voice radio repeater systems.
- You will assist project managers during evaluation of microwave radio repeater network, Information Technology systems (computers) and other telecommunications requirements such as Joint Department of Defense voice and data developmental projects.
