acuCyber is hiring an experienced Program Manager to manage a complex contract with a Government organization. This position will manage personnel hiring efforts, ensure policy compliance/enforcement, lead security efforts/awareness, manage contract delivery, compile contract monthly deliverables, and ensure strong relationships with all involved stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Experience managing contracts/projects/delivery in the field of DoW cybersecurity or Navy Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 with a PMP) in financial analysis/management, MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project), and briefing senior leadership
- Experience managing a large team of employees (25+) across the employee lifecycle including hiring, delivery oversight, performance management, and culture building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Security Clearance: TS SCI Eligible

- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Training or relevant certifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology
- Advanced analytical skills in data modeling, forecasting, integrating complex data sets
