To qualify for a Supervisory IT Specialist (APPSW/SYSANAL YSIS}, your qualifications must include:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent
under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is committed to maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace. All DLA employees are required to refrain from illegal drug use on and off duty. DLA conducts pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and random drug testing.

- Serves as the Supervisory IT Specialist for the Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing technical and organizational activities that support software systems, applications, and emerging IT capabilities.
- Provides technical leadership and oversight for the development, modernization, and sustainment of the PMO's enterprise applications, ensuring systems meet federal acquisition, cybersecurity, and interoperability requirements.
- Oversees multidisciplinary IT teams, system integration and data management activities, ensuring systems interface effectively with other federal procurement, financial, and logistics platforms.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across program offices, contracting organizations, and external agencies to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT policies, including cybersecurity, cloud governance, configuration management, and enterprise architecture standards.
