The Opportunity:

An effective program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That's why we need you, a seasoned Program Manager who can ensure our Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurityprogram achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding enterprise network and cybersecurity operations for the Army. You'll provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership for large scale enterprise network operations, modernization and cybers ecurity programs . You'll work directly with Army clients and stakeholders to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You'll empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards. You'll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress. You'll write and deliver executive leadership level communications and briefings.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in P roject Management or IT
  • DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
  • PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP
  • ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools
  • Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements ( PWS ) or Statements of Work ( SOW )
  • Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs
  • Experience with performance based and award fee contracts
  • Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices
  • Ability to lead lar ge, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel , work independently , and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • Master's degree in P roject Management or IT
  • SAFe Program Consultant Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
