Description
SAIC is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and dynamic Program Manager to join the Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Navy Business Group's effort complementing our government customer on site in Point Mugu Naval Air Station in Ventura County, CA.

SAIC is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and dynamic Program Manager to join the Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Navy Business Group's effort complementing our government customer on site in Point Mugu Naval Air Station in Ventura County, CA.
The Program Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assist the Operations Director oversee complex, multidisciplinary engineering teams in an innovative, dynamic, and dispersed work environment.
- Ability to articulate and communicate across all levels of program personnel up to and including senior executives.
- Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversee Contractor execution of the contract requirements.
- Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Support project team in the execution of day-to-day tasks, helping ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Track and report project performance metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Ensure financial oversight with assistance from the program's project controller and contracts' administrator.
- Drive business and staff development, briefing leadership on program status, milestones, and progress against the contractual objectives.
- Produce relevant contract artifacts, including CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and fifteen(15) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience supporting NAWCWD, NAVY.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Electronic warfare (EW)/Electronic Attack (EA)
- Support of significant air or sea test events
- USN Veteran
- PMP certification
