The Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) - Enterprise Software development for the USAF Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) is a United States Air Force (USAF) program to provide an autonomous, long-range, conventional, air-to-ground, precision missile able to strike highly defended, high value targets. JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) was developed to improve quality and speed in targeting and strike planning solutions across multiple 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (363 ISRG) production units and the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC).
THE WORK
The JES Systems Engineer in Test will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures and supporting the automated test infrastructure for a variety of software applications. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. WHO WE ARE
As part of the MIC2 organization, you will support software testing for our JASSM Enterprise Software program. Reporting to an Integration and Test Lead, you will work with cross-functional, multi-site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment.

You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues to solve difficult problems but can also tackle challenges on your own. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging for root cause analysis
• Experience with SQL Server / SQL Server Management Studio
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., python) for building and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
• Ability to obtain a government-issued Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework
• Experience working within an agile team environment
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with version control using Git
• Experience with Postman or similar tools

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
