Description:You will be the Material Expediter for the Special Operations Forces team. Our team is responsible for providing logistics support services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Material Expediter, you will be responsible for executing limited aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, and property utilization. You will work periodically in the tool room and bench stock, and your assignments will usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Locating and moving materials and parts between work areas to expedite processing of goods
Maintaining inventory of aircraft tools, HAZMAT, test equipment, and consumable and expendable items
Managing calibrated assets, ordering and re-orders, and VMI management
Receiving, warehousing, and shipping parts as needed
Maintaining HAZMAT, calibration schedules, and equipment inspection schedules in accordance with AS9100

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-2 years' experience working in a Logistics / Supply Warehouse environment
-Knowledge of DoD Supply Chain Processes and procedures and company practice.
-Knowledge of DoD Logistics terminology.
-Ability to obtain a 10K forklift certification
-Must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop and create documents.
-Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore the candidate must be a US citizen.
-Inventory management experience
-Basic knowledge of aircraft parts or tools
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Team player
-Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
