We are looking for a Facilities Project Engineering Manager at our Waterton campus located in Littleton, CO. In this role, you'll be leading a high-performing Operations team responsible for Workspace Management, Quick Build Construction & Contracted Services. These critical functions support the mission, while maintaining the built environment as well as propelling the organization into its future state. The ideal candidate is somebody that performs well in a high-energy, fast-paced, agile environment and has a passion for ensuring a safe and reliable campus for our Lockheed Martin employees, customers and contractors to perform critical missions.

In this role, you will:
• Manage, direct, and coordinate a team of facilities professionals performing interior design, occupancy planning, contract management, service provider management.
• Manage a fast paced, agile quick build team that utilizing general contracting methods, P-card services & In-house craftsman resources for project execution.
• Manage the Mountain Region Operations team financial dashboards as the Control Account Manager (CAM). Evaluate & forecast spend profiles & contract performance with dept leaders.
• Manage a Workspace Management team responsible for building occupancy management, individual moves, group moves, furniture modifications, interior design, space strategy & project management support.
• Collaborate with project management, construction management, maintenance, and engineering department leads to ensure effective project flow through the organization.
• Build professional relationships with Lockheed Martin leadership, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, work assignments, performance/salary assessments, and recognition.
• Work closely with maintenance organization to understand infrastructure deficiencies, facility condition assessments & areas for employee environment upgrades
• Collaborate with campus Strategic Planning team to understand long-term plans for campus space & participate in discovery efforts to define customer requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Track record of implementing successful project designs, infrastructure studies, and executable solutions.
• Ability to lead a team through digital transformation initiatives.
• Functional knowledge of building plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with current building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
• Eligible to obtain a US security clearance (US citizenship required).
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Mgt, Finance, Construction Mgt or related
• Experience / Certification leading teams through CAM processes & strategies
• Experience with SAP, IBM Tririga, & Tableau software
• History of driving savings through Earned Value Management strategies
• 5-7 years of experience leading teams responsible for long term strategy & execution
• Experience leading teams responsible for excellence in customer service & conflict resolution
• Construction or Portfolio Mgt background including managing general contractors and subcontractors.
• Experience leading long term space allocation strategies, bldg. portfolio consolidate / expansion
• Experience in construction oversight including the request for information (RFI), submittal, and change order processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Experience leading high pressure/high responsibility groups
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills appropriate for executive-level briefings
• LM21 (Lean/Six Sigma) Green Belt or Black Belt

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
