Description:
You will be the Cost Estimator Staff for the team. Our team is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates that enable successful design, manufacturing, and fielding of advanced missile-defense systems at the Chelmsford Operations facility. Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford Operations facility is a design and manufacturing site that supports Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Air and Missile Defense programs. The 68,000-square-foot facility is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The facility was acquired by Lockheed Martin in 1996 to support critical technology in Missile Defense.
Chelmsford's more than 450 employees provide engineering and production support for two of MFC's premier combat-proven missile systems-the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Weapon System and Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile. The Chelmsford team designs and produces components for both systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Cost Estimator Staff you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost models that support the design and production of THAAD and PAC-3 missile components.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
