AsSr.Project Manager, youwouldhelp coordinateagileteams to supportan Enterprise Call Centerutilizingthe ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Program Manager in leading multiple sub-teams, advising and engaging the client on key operational and strategic priorities, tracking, and supporting completion of high-quality deliverables, andassistingwith team management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• ProficiencyinProject Management experience in an Agile software development environment,owningthe planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with scheduled milestones and budget constraints.
  
• Experience conducting daily scrum stand-up meetings,facilitatingSprint planning meetings and coordinating Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and burn-down charts
  
• Defineall project activities and milestonesrequiredto meetobjectivesand deliverables,to includesequencing tasks,estimating effort with project team members,determiningthe critical path, and leveling the project schedule
  
• Monitorprogram execution toidentifyobstacles/deviations from plan and takes corrective action as needed
  
• Conductscontinuous risk assessment and management,including developing measures to reduce risk in program execution.
  
• Works with stakeholders to developmetricsandcreatesreports for trackingmetrics andprogram execution
  
• Manages the contract, includingbudgeting, resource allocation,and performance,including management of sub-contractor personnel
  
• Developsplans,assignstasks,monitorsperformance,communicatesprogress,resolvesconflicts, andescalatesissues
  
• Experience with all aspects of configuration management planning including configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, configuration audits, configuration documentation
  
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and leadership briefings for key stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere toestablishedquality standards, regulatory guidelines, and agency policies.
  
• Proactivelyidentify, assess, and communicate potential risks associated with project development and execution.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Current active Public Trust Clearance
  
• US Citizenshiprequired
  
• Mustresidein the United States and work must be performed in the United States.
  
• 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
  
• 1+ years' experiencewith Microsoft ProjectorVisio 2003 or greater
  
• 1+ years' experience with JIRA or other requirements work tracking tools
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Homeland Security highly preferred
  
• 3+ years' experience managing distributed teams in support of geographically dispersed customers.
  
• 3+ years' experience withthe Agilemethodology
  
• 1+ years of experiencemanagingServiceNowprojects
  
• Experience in telephony systems
  
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  
• Knowledge and experience working with Rapid Application Development (RAD)Apps;to include CRM tools.
  
• The ability to proactively communicate with federal clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with a shifting landscape.
  
• The ability to work closely with and explain technicalconcept/solutions tonon-technical client stakeholders.
  
• Active DHS orDoWPublic Trust

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$119,323.00 - $202,850.00
