OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in support of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML architecture and solution design, extensive Python experience, and the ability to work in a secure, classified environment.

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in support of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML architecture and solution design, extensive Python experience, and the ability to work in a secure, classified environment.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions from concept through deployment
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications
- Translate mission and business requirements into technical AI/ML architectures
- Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend solutions aligned with system and mission needs
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements within a classified environment
- Document system designs, models, and technical approaches for both technical and non-technical audiences
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or closely related roles
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
- Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting AI/ML solutions , not just model development
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
- Experience working in government, defense, or intelligence environments
- Knowledge of cloud or hybrid AI/ML architectures
