Job Description:
This role focuses on application maintenance, troubleshooting, workflow automation, low‑code/no‑code development, and technical documentation. The developer works closely with system administrators, database administrators, middleware teams, and government stakeholders to ensure stable, secure, and reliable application operations.
• Application Maintenance & Support – Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, manage ServiceNow tickets, implement updates driven by policy/process/technology changes, and support migration of functionality into enterprise systems.
• Software Development & Enhancements – Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements, build low‑code/no‑code workflows and BPMN‑based automations, and support code promotion across development, test, and production environments.
• Documentation & Reporting – create and maintain all technical documentation, SOPs, change/maintenance artifacts, and provide required inputs for recurring weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualifications (Must Haves):
• Five (5) years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience developing or integrating APIs in support of low‑code/no‑code applications.
• Experience using low‑code/no‑code BPMN tools to model workflows and processes.
• Experience developing automation solutions based on BPMN or similar process modeling frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc.) integrated with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft .NET environments.
• Experience working within agile or hybrid agile/low‑code development approaches.
• Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority (vendor or professional).
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.
