Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

The Technical Capture Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and business development, to develop winning strategies and proposals.
- Lead the capture process for technical programs, including opportunity qualification, competitive analysis, and win strategy development.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and mission objectives.
- Translate customer needs into innovative, feasible, and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Develop and manage capture plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate technical solution development with engineering and subject matter experts.
- Oversee proposal technical volumes, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and alignment with win themes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with finance and contracts teams.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor capabilities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors' degree from an accredited university; in lieu of degree, additional years of related experience
- 12+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or technical program leadership.
- Proven track record of winning complex technical contracts in government or commercial sectors.
- Technical acumen in any of the following, or similar categories: artificial intelligence, technology automation, quantum, enterprise IT, etc
- Strong understanding of the full capture lifecycle, including solution development and proposal management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
