Senior Technical Sourcer

We're looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer who thrives on finding hard-to-reach technical talent. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders across federal and corporate IT programs to build proactive pipelines and drive strategic sourcing efforts-especially for high-clearance, hard-to-fill, and mission-critical roles.

You'll have the opportunity to apply AI tools, open-source intelligence techniques, and deep web sourcing to engage technical professionals in software, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and enterprise IT.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a trusted sourcing partner for hiring teams across DoD, IC, Space, DHS, and Federal Civilian programs.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical, aging, and highly visible technical roles.
  • Lead sourcing strategies for cleared positions (up to TS/SCI with polygraph) and executive-level IT roles.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, OSINT, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and attendee list mining.
  • Leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools such as Copilot, EZ Agent, ChatGPT, Eightfold, hireEZ, SeekOut, and Chrome extensions.
  • Provide talent intelligence and labor market insights (e.g., TalentNeuron) to recruiting and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure sourcing documentation aligns with EEO and OFCCP compliance standards.
  • Manage multiple sourcing campaigns from start to finish, aligning closely with recruiter and hiring manager goals.
  • Engage passive candidates using creative outreach, personalized messaging, and multi-channel approaches.
  • Contribute to sourcing best practices, process improvements, and overall strategy across federal and IT recruiting teams.

What You'll Bring
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sourcing, especially for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proven background supporting IT, digital, or technical functions within corporate recruiting environments.
  • Skilled in passive sourcing, Boolean search, OSINT, and technical talent platforms.
  • Strong grasp of compliance requirements including EEO and OFCCP guidelines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for sourcing documentation and tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research.
  • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools and platforms such as hireEZ, SeekOut, and Eightfold is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems-especially Avature-is highly valued.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience recruiting in federal/GovCon environments with understanding of DoD and IC clearance levels.
  • Professional sourcing certifications (e.g., AIRS, SourceCon, or AI-powered sourcing credentials).
  • Experience using talent intelligence tools and market analysis to guide sourcing strategies.
