FWI is building a team to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, programmatic, and analytical support to the National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA). As a Project Manager Administrative & Program Support, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and deliverables for administrative support services, ensuring quality performance, effective communication with government stakeholders, and continuity of service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative support operations and ensure continuity of service
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide written follow-up documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly status reports summarizing activities, accomplishments, challenges, and solutions
- Prepare financial and expenditure reports tracking costs and remaining funding
- Ensure quality and timeliness of all contract deliverables
- Coordinate administrative workflows including calendar management, correspondence, and document management
- Oversee travel, training, and reimbursement processing
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government clients and contractor staff
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate with a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Desired:
- Experience overseeing administrative support teams
- Experience preparing status reports and financial/expenditure reports
- Experience working with federal clients
- Familiarity with federal administrative processes (travel, training, reimbursements)
