CyberCore is looking for a detail-driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Level II to support our logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll help maintain tool inventory, ship and receive equipment, and ensure materials are ready to support mission-critical operations. The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. Responsibilities:
- Manage the program's tool/supply room operations, including check-in / check out of tools and supplies, condition tracking, tool calibration, supply level management, and inventory cycle counts.
- Establish optimal safety stock levels to maintain optimal stock levels and reorder points
- Execute purchase orders, inbound order tracking, and material receiving within the program's inventory management system.
- Track recoverable items and document excess/unserviceable parts
- Manage warranty returns, including return tracking, warranty status, and repair status.
- Maintain a clean and safe supply area
- Perform material pickup and deliveries as required. Must have experience and be comfortable driving a cargo van up to a 26' box truck. Delivery and pick locations may or may not have dock levelers and will require occasional palletizing of boxes up to 40 lbs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or logistics role
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a classified/sensitive environment
- Active DOT Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification or willing to complete before start
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
