Platform & Ecosystem Leadership
- Own the integration strategy and functional definition for CENCOR's mission platforms and supporting services
- Define and enforce clear boundaries between configurable platform capabilities and customer-specific extensions
- Ensure architectural decisions support repeatable deployment, compliance, and long-term scalability
Product & Use Case Ownership
- Serve as Product Owner for mission-driven use cases spanning intelligence, physical security, analytics, automation, and decision support
- Translate operational needs into clear use cases, functional requirements, and delivery priorities
- Lead roadmap definition for demonstrations, pilots, and production deployments
Integration & Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate across distributed engineering teams to ensure alignment between platform intent, implementation, and operational outcomes
- Partner with system architects to evaluate tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and reduce integration friction
- Own integration-level acceptance criteria and readiness assessments
Operational & Mission Alignment
- Act as senior operational intelligence and mission SME, ensuring systems reflect real decision cycles, constraints, and user workflows
- Validate that automation and AI-enabled capabilities augment human judgment and command processes, not replace them blindly
Executive & Customer Engagement
- Brief executives, customers, and partners on platform capabilities, constraints, and evolution paths
- Support customer workshops and roadmap sessions as the authoritative platform and mission voice
- Contribute to proposals, RFIs, and strategic narratives tied to platform development
