Summary
The Shift Supervisor supports the MDA Security and Emergency Management Directorate (DSS) in managing Security Operations Services at MDA facilities located throughout the United States.

This posting is for a part time Shift Supervisor role. The days will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Perform unarmed guard services to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities.
Manage and supervise both management and hourly staff to ensure access control, visitor support, and alarm response/dispatch operations are carried out in full compliance with contract requirements.- Collaborate with Site Operations Managers and Shift Supervisors to ensure all contractual obligations and performance standards are consistently met.
- Oversee Security Control Center operations, including Access Control, Response, Circulation Enforcement, Badge Administration, and Common Access Card (CAC) Administration.
- Ensure all security personnel receive appropriate training and are fully capable of performing their primary duties to professional standards.
- Provide first response and conduct assessments during emergency situations, maintaining current certifications in Red Cross First Aid, Adult CPR, and AED operation.
- Conduct security inspections and respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and other situations requiring prompt security support.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of overall security and operational readiness.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in security or law enforcement administration and substantial operations experience in the armed forces, physical security, or law enforcement, 6 years of which are at the supervisory level.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in analytical decision making and administrative work at the executive management level.
- Minimum of an associate or bachelor's degree in security, law enforcement, or management related fields (or equivalent training and experience).
- Must have prior experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor of similar size and scope to this contract.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
