Responsibilities include:
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance across a complex technology stack, including servers, signal processors, network switches, and integrated displays.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using high-precision diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and comprehensive schematics.
- Perform hardware-level repairs, including component replacement, wiring restoration, and module-level fixes.
- Maintain rigorous, compliant records of all maintenance activities, inventory changes, and system modifications in accordance with company and DoD standards.
- Lead the installation and commissioning of new ESS equipment, providing technical guidance to junior technicians and system operators.
- Travel to domestic remote sites (up to 50% CONUS, with potential for OCONUS travel) for field maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronics maintenance, specifically focusing on Electronic Security Systems such as Lenel, Milestone, or Bosch
- Active LenelS2 Core and Advanced certifications are required
- Deep understanding of analog/digital circuitry, signal processing, and RS485 protocols
- Expertise with test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters
- Proficiency in soldering, cable dressing, and connector repair
- High School Diploma or GED; formal electronics training preferred
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maintain a valid driver's license and passport
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in communication protocols including Ethernet and TCP/IP
- Familiarity with vendors such as HID, Life Safety Power, Hanwha, and Pelco
- Experience utilizing computer-based maintenance management systems for tracking service schedules
