What are the main functions of this role?
Responsible for performing manual electrical testing and troubleshooting of power supplies and electronic assemblies, operating test equipment, and documenting results accurately.
Supports environmental stress screening (ESS) and high-voltage testing as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requires ability to read engineering drawings, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a manufacturing and laboratory environment involving physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and handling delicate components.
As a test technician you will do:
As a Test Acceptance Technician, you will perform manual electrical testing of power supplies, operate test equipment, and accurately document results in FOS.
You will troubleshoot failures, complete rework, and support ESS and high-voltage testing when required. This role requires experience with electrical test equipment, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a strong safety mindset.
Physical demands include standing for extended periods, manual dexterity for handling delicate components, and occasional lifting of 25–40 lbs in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
This is 12 months Full- time- contract with possible hire opportunity.
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Shift : 2nd shift

Physical Requirements:
The work environment for this position is primarily within a manufacturing and laboratory setting.
To successfully perform the essential functions of the role, the employee must be able to meet the following physical demands: Standing and walking: Ability to stand and move between work areas for extended periods during production, testing, calibration, or assembly activities.
Manual dexterity: Frequent use of hands, fingers, and tools to assemble, test, inspect, adjust, or calibrate electronic, mechanical, or microelectronic components.
Fine motor coordination: Required for handling small, delicate parts, precision instruments, and microelectronic assemblies.
Vision requirements: Must have close vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus for inspection, testing, measurement, and microscope work.
Lifting and carrying: Ability to lift, move, and position materials, tools, or equipment weighing up to 25–40 pounds occasionally.
Reaching, bending, and stooping: Occasional reaching above shoulder height or below waist level to access equipment, tools, fixtures, or workstations.
Repetitive motions: Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Work environment exposure: Exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including noise, mechanical equipment, high-voltage test areas (as applicable), ovens, and the use of required safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and ESD protection.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $ 28.00 per hour.
