Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Government Consulting partner on the U.S. Army's Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration (EAMM) program located in Ft. Belvoir, VA through a hybrid work environment. The PAM SME will provide audit preparation support for an upcoming SOC 1 Type 1 assessment, including documentation updates, report development, artifact creation, and participation in mock audit walkthroughs.

Responsibilities
- Support SOC 1 Type 1 audit preparation activities, including documentation updates, artifact generation, and walkthrough responses
- Develop integrations and APIs leveraging CyberArk tools to connect with enterprise applications, databases, and systems
- Implement and manage privileged access controls, password rotation, session isolation, and other PAM security measures
- Ensure PAM solutions align with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- Produce technical documentation, system configuration details, and audit ‑ ready reporting
- Collaborate with cross ‑ functional teams across IT, security, and compliance to support project deliverables
- Conduct ongoing assessments of privileged access to identify risks and strengthen security posture
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk (P4 Expert level)
- Minimum 4 years designing and implementing IAM solutions
- Minimum 3 years designing and implementing CyberArk PAM solutions
- Experience developing CyberArk API integrations and automation scripts
- Familiarity with SailPoint, Radiant Logic, and broader Access Management technologies
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, IBM QRadar) and OS environments (Windows Server, Linux/Unix)
- CyberArk Defender certification highly preferred
- Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Interim Secret acceptable to start)
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000- $180,000 depending on experience

- Clearance Level: Must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
