Job Summary:

KBR is recruiting for Fleet Integration Office Support (Program Analyst, Senior) to provide expert-level analysis F-35C program in support of the Fleet Integration Officer (FIO) and Logistics and Readiness Branch, OPNAV N980L.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support F-35C and FIO team members during all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) process.
  • Support the F-35C and FIO Requirements Officers (RO) to define sustainment and integration requirements for the F-35C platform.
  • Assist in the analysis of associated issues related to resource allocation, operations, sustainment, or aircraft readiness.
  • Be prepared to coordinate and route for approval the annual ALIS / ODIN authority to operate (ATO) / authority to connect (ATC) via DoN CIO in coordination with OPNAV N2/N6, NAVAIR Cyber Warfare Group, and other associated key personnel and stakeholders.
  • Research and evaluate program requirements, resourcing, and objectives throughout the annual Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) process.
  • Provide analysis on Future Year's Defense Program (FYDP), and year of execution requirements to ensure Naval Aviation's top priorities are supported and defended.
  • Collaborate with NAVAIR, F-35 Joint Program Office, and HQMC Aviation to provide requirements analysis and develop optimal FHP resourcing plans.
  • Assist in staff interactions between OPNAV Branches/Divisions, FMB, HQMC, NAVAIRSYSCOM, NAVICP, Fleet HQ, TYCOM HQ, and various outside agencies on matters related to the F-35C fleet integration.
  • Serve as the FIO focal point of continuity.
  • Retain historical FIO files and lessons learned documents to build a database of best practices.
  • Demonstrate expert level of knowledge in ALIS / ODIN ship integration and become a focal point for continuity as an advisor to the F-35 FIO

Basic Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizen. Active Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) eligibility (TS//SCI)
  • High school diploma and a minimum of 10-years' experience with Naval Aviation operations & sustainment.
  • Knowledge of the Naval Aviation mission, information systems, enterprise staff, and management principles.
  • Familiarity with the F-35 program, integrated logistics support, and sustainment.
  • Knowledge of life cycle costs and sustainment challenges of major weapon systems through experience or education with DAU acquisition process.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, Notebook, Power Point, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team. While a BS/BA degree is desired, it is not a requirement for this position.

Work Location: Must be willing to work onsite at the Pentagon.

Compensation: $133,515.00 - $200,330.00 The salary range posted is for Washington, DC locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
