Responsibilities
Millennium is seeking a Technical Recruiter II to join our TA team in a 100% remote capacity.
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent to support Millennium's continued growth. This individual will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process while building strong, consultative partnerships with Leadership and key stakeholders across Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, and Finance. As a trusted advisor, the recruiter will deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and consistently convert high-quality prospects into engaged new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with experienced professionals to develop a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates, including for hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to develop innovative sourcing strategies and creative solutions for attracting top talent.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels- including the internal ATS, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, professional networks, and job boards to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, cold calling, database mining, internet research, and professional associations.
- Present thoroughly screened and qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely and organized manner.
- Councel the candidates by providing guidance on compensation, benefits, company culture, and career opportunities throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent, high-touch communication with candidates via phone, text, and email from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree required.
- Between 4-6 years of relevant Technical Recruiting experience within the federal or government contracting space. Can substitute experience in lieu of degree
- Must have experience successfully recruiting cleared individuals at the Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI/Poly levels.
- Must have experience supporting technical recruitment within the following specialties: Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Systems Engineering.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS ideal, but not required.

Business Development
Assist with Business Development recruiting activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
