Experience analyzes and evaluates the status of assigned charter ship operation on a quantitative and qualitative basis for effectiveness in meeting program requirements. Assists in the worldwide scheduling and operation of assigned ships, overseeing arrangements for logistics support, diplomatic clearances, operational control, and special requirements for unique operations.
Experience serving as technical advisor, authority and consultant responsible for the continuing analyses of effectiveness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, schedule adherence, and other key parameters of the program's progress and success. This position supports myriad special mission requirements of the DON and the other services.
Experience compiling and forecasting maritime operating-cost trend including life-cycle and ratemaking cost analyses.
Experience extracting significant trend data and comparisons with funding allowances.
Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining data for future reference and analysis; working daily within an automated office environment.
Experience developing work products utilizing currently authorized Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) software (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Project).
