ISSJ OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst

Position Summary

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting
using publicly available and commercially available data sources

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(U) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• OSINT Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and
  commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Minimum Requirements

(U) Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the
  DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).
• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
