What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and screen individuals entering and exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete detailed reports regarding observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Work closely with team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or unusual situations while on patrol.
• Follow all Allied Universal policies and procedures specific to an armed post within an aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification if working in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
