Overview
Nakupuna Prime is seeking an Application Administrator to support the U.S. Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) by ensuring the reliable, secure, and continuous operation of a mission-critical enterprise application across classified and unclassified environments. This role manages application configurations, access controls, and operational readiness while supporting system availability, data integrity, and compliance with Department of Defense and U.S. Navy security requirements.

Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:
Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance. An interim is required before receiving a formal job offer.
Work Location: New Orleans, LA. This position is hybrid and may work from home as duties allow. The classified environment can only be accessed from Government site, so routine travel to a SCIF is required (routine is expected to mean a few times per week).

- Administer and maintain application environments to ensure availability, reliability, and operational continuity.
- Manage application configuration settings, user roles, and access permissions in accordance with security and operational requirements.
- Monitor system health and application performance, identifying and resolving operational issues in coordination with technical teams.
- Support deployment activities, configuration changes, and environment updates across development, test, and production systems.
- Perform routine operational checks and support continuity of operations activities.
- Troubleshoot application-level issues and coordinate resolution with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel.
- Maintain system documentation related to application configuration, access control, and operational procedures.
- Support audit, inspection, and compliance activities related to system operations and security posture.
- Apply secure administration practices to protect sensitive data and system functionality.
- Participate in coordination meetings and operational reviews to support mission needs.
- Comply with all Department of Defense and U.S. Navy security, access control, and data handling requirements.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience administering enterprise software applications in secure environments.
- Experience managing application configurations, user access, and operational support activities.
- Ability to support systems operating in classified and unclassified environments.
- Certifications may be required in line with DoDD 8140 (e.g., Network+ CE, Security+ CE, CASP CE) to include Required developer, system, or privileged-access certifications necessary to perform assigned duties.
Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience desired
