Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking a highly qualified Data Quality Engineer to also perform as the Project Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data across systems by validating databases and data flows using Tricentis Tosca Test Data Management (TDM) or other government-directed tooling. This role develops and maintains Data Quality & Management Test Plans and validates ETL/ELT workflows, data lineage, and transformation rules to support compliant data management and operational readiness. As the Project Manager, this position will lead their project team to deliver contracted services and effectively support the customer's mission accomplishment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Data Quality & Management Test Plans aligned to program needs; define validation
- approaches and reporting mechanisms.
- Validate databases, ETL/ELT workflows, transformations, and lineage to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Implement and maintain test data management practices using Tricentis Tosca TDM (or government-directed tools), including provisioning synthetic/masked data for compliant testing.
- Provide dashboards and reports tracking data quality defects, anomalies, exceptions, and trends; support prioritization and remediation tracking.
- Coordinate with product and data engineering teams to ensure data quality issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved.
- Act as customer's single point of contact for contract performance.
- Lead team members to effectively deliver contracted services and assist in customer mission accomplishment
Education & Experience
- 8+ years (3+ years test data management and ETL/ELT validation) (Tricentis Tosca experience preferred
Certifications
- Security+ CE
- CDMP (Associate or Practitioner)
- PMP
- Preferred: AWS Data Analytics Specialty / Azure Data Engineer (as applicable)
Security Clearance
- Candidate must have active Top Secret Clearance with ability to be cleared to Top Secret/SCI.
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
- Hybrid Work Environment: Work From Home and attend scheduled work sessions near Hanover, MD.
- Travel: Participate in scheduled meetings in and around the DC metropolitan area. Potential travel to locations throughout CONUS.
