Responsibilities for the Scrum Master:
- Lead a team of 2-5 resources in UiPath professional services engagements
- Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones
- Identify and qualify RPA developers, Business Analysts and Solution architects to deliver on professional service's engagements
- Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption
Qualifications for the Scrum Master:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major or 10+ years of professional IT technology experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles
- Hands-on experience supporting Agile teams in a federal or DoD environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PMI-ACP, or similar Agile certification is highly desired
- Active Secret level clearance or above is required
Compensation for the Scrum Master:
- Salary Range: $100,000-130,000 (depending on experience)
