Summary

Lead enterprise change management for Navy ERP / ERP+ initiatives, driving adoption across complex organizations. Partner with finance, systems, and data teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP process changes supporting auditability, compliance, and operational readiness. Provide independent quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet contractual and DoD standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational change management for ERP process and system transformations
  • Support end-to-end (E2E) process adoption, including:
  • Budget-to-Report (B2R)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
  • Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and workforce readiness across functional communities
  • Support training strategy, role-based learning, and deployment readiness
  • Perform independent QA reviews to ensure compliance with contract, policy, and audit requirements
  • Lead change activities for complex workstreams and coordinate across finance, process, and data teams

  • Subject Matter Specialists (E2E Process Design Lead or Solutions Design Lead)
  • Financial Analysts III / IV (CPA, CGFM, CDFM, etc.)
  • Data Analysts IV


Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years relevant experience
  • Must have Navy ERP Expereince
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience supporting OCM, workforce training, and process improvement in State/Federal or large enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree (U.S.-accredited) in a relevant field.
