DevOps Engineer

Autonodyne is a Boston-based software company working to advance human decision-making
with collaborative autonomy solutions. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy software solutions
across domains. The technology stack to support this mission consists of Command-and-Control
applications and Collaborative Autonomy software deployed on unmanned systems.
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to embed within our Engineering organization to mature a
secure, scalable infrastructure that enables high-velocity software development. This role
combines DevOps and engineering-focused IT, serving as the backbone of our development
environment.
You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, integrate security into the software lifecycle, and
scale existing systems to directly support engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain development CI/CD pipelines within a software development
environment with tools such as (Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, etc.);
• Integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle;
o SAST (e.g. SonarQube, Fortify)
o SCA for dependencies
o DAST
o Container image scanning
• Provide systems engineering and integration support for the integration of newly
developed capabilities targeted for the Test, Staging, and Operational environments;
• Design, develop, and recommend integrated security solutions for multiple classified
information systems;
• Scale build and deployment automation and align with release management systems

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field;
• Minimum of 3+ years of prior DevOps/DevSecOps experience;
• Hands-on experience integrating security tooling
• Experience in Git-based workflows
• Experience in Azure Cloud environments
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks, rules, and regulations, and system
trust principles, such as FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST SP 800 Series, JSIG, OWASP, and CSA
Star;
, • U.S. Citizenship Required;
• Possess at minimum active Secret security clearance, TS preferred;
• Possess a minimum of a DoD 8570 IAM Level-III Certification (i.e. CISSP, CISM,
GSLC);
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in computer science or related field;
• Prior experience with the system authorization process, associated artifacts and their
requirements (e.g., SSP, SCTM, Security CONOPs, SOPs);
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for
consideration.
Clearance Level:
Active Secret Security Clearance, TS preferred.
Travel:
This position will likely involve travel to customer and non-customer sites principally in North
America (up to 10%) but global travel is also possible.
