TEKsystems is seeking multiple Network Engineers operating at the CCNP level in support of growth on an enterprise Navy contract. Must have an active Secret clearance at minimum, 8+ years of networking experience and a vender OEM certification from Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto.

Role Overview:
You will design, implement, secure, and maintain complex network solutions supporting Navy operations worldwide. This includes engineering and administering Juniper firewalls, DMZ environments, secure VPN architectures, Cisco ASA/Firepower platforms, and WAN infrastructure. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams to ensure network integrity, security, and performance across mission‑critical systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide SME-level support for VPN, WAN, DMZ, firewall, and Cisco network technologies across the NMCI enterprise.
- Perform network integration, modification, maintenance, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with NOC, administrators, and engineering teams to improve network security appliances and automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain SOPs/TTPs, Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), and Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, maintenance windows, and release activities.
- Deliver Tier III escalation support and engage vendors for complex incident resolution.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management processes.
