Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
• 10+ years of experience with project management and leadership
• 5+ years of experience with systems engineering of DoD space or ground technologies and systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work with internal and external clients within cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
• Active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies
• 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
• Master's degree
• Completion of the PMT 401 Course

The salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 annually.
